奶液替代超声显影剂在胃癌诊断中的应用

目的 利用奶液作为超声显像剂，探讨无创性诊断胃癌的新方法。方法 对20例病理确诊为胃癌患的超声奶液显像、胃镜及X线钡餐检查的资料，进行回顾性分析。结果 奶液超声显影诊断胃癌的成功率100%，检出率高于胃镜和X线钡餐检查，同时可对胃壁结构、胃周围脏器和淋巴结及胃动力进行客观分析。结论 胃超声奶液显像，是一种可靠的无创性检查方法，为临床分型和治疗提供了可靠依据。

Use milk for the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma

Purpose To develop a new method of dignosis in gastric carcinoma noninvasively useing milk as echo constrast agents.Methods To analyze retrospectively the data of echography -, gastroscope and Ti - ray barium meal in 20 patients with gastric carcinoma. Results The techinical success rate of 20 patients with gastric carcinoma was 100% , the accurate rate was higher than that in gaetroscope or X - ray barium meal, Meanwhile , the structure of gastric wall, gastric dynamic. surrounding organs and lymphy nodes were objectively analyzed. Conclusion This technique will provide reliable data for the treatemet and the diagnosis of gastric carcinnoma to doctors.
