| 摘 要： | 报告1例泛发性发疹性透明细胞汗管瘤.患者女,47岁.眶周及外阴出现肤色丘疹近30年,渐累及面部、上肢及躯干10余年.皮肤科检查见面部、颈部、躯干、上肢及外阴布有褐色及肤色米粒至黄豆大丘疹.皮损组织病理检查:真皮见多个囊性扩张的导管,多由透明细胞组成.诊断:透明细胞汗管瘤.

| Abstract: | A case of generalized eruptive clear cell syringoma is reported. A 47-year-old woman had papules on her periocular and vulvae for 30 years, the lesions were aggravating to the whole face and trunk in the last 10 years. Skin biopsy showed multiple cysts and ducts mainly composed of clear cells in the dermis. Histopathological findings confirmed the diagnosis of clear cell syringoma. |
