丹参冻干粉针联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床研究

目的观察丹参冻干粉针联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效。方法112例随机分为2组各56例，均予标准抗心绞痛治疗，治疗组在标准治疗基础上加用丹参冻干粉针治疗。观察治疗前后心绞痛缓解、心电图改善情况及血液流变学指标、治疗后24周内的心脏事件发生率。结果两组在心绞痛控制、心电图改善、血液流变学指标改善方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后24周内心脏事件的发生率低于对照组。结论丹参冻干粉针能改善不稳定性心绞痛患者临床症状，并可降低心绞痛的再发率和心脏事件的发生率。

Danshen freeze-dried powder injection combined with low molecular heparin calcium sodium in treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Danshen freeze-dried powder injection in the treatment of unstable angina.Methods A total of 112 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly assigned to either the treatment group or the control group.Both groups were treated with the same conventional anti-angina regime with Danshen freeze-dried powder injection was added in the treatment group.Symptoms,hemorrheology,and ECG were checked before and after the treatment,and rate of heart attack 24 weeks after treatment were observed.Results Improvement in anginal symptoms,hemorheological parameters,and ECG in the treatment group were significantly superior to those in control(P<0.05).The number of anginal heart events in the treatment group was also significantly reduced than in the control.Conclusion Danshen freeze-dried powder injection is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
