摘    要:目的:研究邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)对雌性果蝇生殖能力的影响。方法:将未交配雌性果蝇随机分为5组,分别给予含DBP0.1%(A组)、0.4%(B组)、1.6%(C组)和6.4%(D组)的培养基喂饲,并以0浓度为对照组(E组),在染毒10d和20d时,分别取存活的实验雌蝇进行交配试验和生育试验。结果:各染毒组雌蝇1h交配率随DBP浓度升高而降低,D组雌蝇的1h交配率和生育率明显低于E组(P<0.05或P<0.01);染毒10d后C组的平均生育数和平均产卵期均明显高于E组(P<0.05),且在连续产卵10d后仍保持较高的生育水平;染毒20d后D组的平均生育数和平均产卵期均明显低于E组(P<0.01)。结论:DBP对雌蝇生殖能力有双重作用,较低浓度可提高雌性果蝇生育力,而较高浓度可使其生育能力降低。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) on the procreative ability in female Drosophila melanogaster. Methods: The non-copulated female flies were divided randomly into 5 groups and were continuously fed with medium containing 0.1% (group A), 0.4% (group B), 1.6% (group C), 6.4% (group D) DBP, and with mdium containing 0 DBP as the control (group E). The treated female flies were brought to the copulation trial and the reproduction trial on exposure d 10 and d 20, respectively. Results: During 1 h the mating rates of female flies in DBP groups were gradually decreased with the rising of DBP concentration. The mating rate in 1 h and the reproduction rate of female flies in group D were lower observably than those in group E (P<0.05 or P<0.01). After exposure 10 d, the average reproduction quantity and the average procreant period of female flies in group C were observably higher than those in group E (P<0.05). There was still higher reproduction quantity in group C after continuously ovipositing 10 d. After exposure 20 d, the average reproductive quantity and the average procreant period of female flies in group D were observably lower than those in group E (P<0.01). Conclusion: DBP might bring out the two-sided effects on the procreative ability of female Drosophila melanogaster. DBP in lower concentration might enhance the procreative ability of female flies, but reduce that while DBP in highterc oncentration.
