摘    要:目的:观察增血素口服液对苯肼中毒的家兔和正常小鼠体内氧自由基的影响。方法:用黄嘌呤氧化法测定超氧化物歧化酶( S O D),用硫代巴比妥酸法测定丙二醛( M D A)含量。结果:增血素口服液可使苯肼中毒家兔血清 S O D 活力和 M D A 含量恢复正常;使正常小鼠血清 S O D 活力增强, M D A 含量明显下降。结论:增血素口服液能增强机体清除氧自由基的能力。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Zeng Xue Su oral liquid on oxygen free radical of normal mice and rabbits poisoned by phenylhydrazine Methods:To determine superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity by xanthine oxidase test and malon-dialdehyde content(MDA) by thiobarbituric acid test Results: Zeng Xue Su oral liquid can make SOD activity and MDA content in the serum of the rabbits poisoned by phenylhydrazine returned to the normal level, SOD activity markedly increase and MDA content remarkably decrease in the serum of normal mice Conclusion:Zeng Xue Su oral liquid can enhanced the clearance action of oxygen free radical in animal organism
