| 摘 要： | 目的 ]探讨使用大孔吸附树脂分离车前草水溶性成分的方法 .方法 ]采用制备用薄层层析法和大孔吸附树脂法分离并提取车前草中的水溶性成分 .结果 ]大孔吸附树脂法能够较好地分离车前草中的水溶性成分 ,并能祛除其中的硅胶杂质 .结论 ]大孔吸附树脂法对车前草成分的分离、提纯及鉴定中具有应用前景

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo study methods of seperation of water soluble constituents in whole herb of Plantago asiatica L.?METHODS?The preparative thin layer chromatography and macroporous resin column chromatography were used.?RESULTS?Water soluble constituents in whole herb of Plantago asiatica L could be separated and silica gel was removed from by these methods.?CONCLUSION?The macroporous resin column chromatography will have wide prospective application in seperation, purification and identification of water soluble constituents in whole herb of Plantago asiatica L. |
