丹参多酚对糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能的保护作用

摘    要:目的:探讨丹参多酚对血管内皮功能的保护作用。方法:SD大鼠30只,随机分为正常对照组10只及糖尿病模型组20只。正常对照组正常饮食,糖尿病模型组予高脂高糖饮食联合小剂量STZ注射造模,并予丹参多酚治疗,正常对照组给予生理盐水,观察治疗前及治疗14 d后的血管内皮功能。结果:糖尿病模型组的血清非对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)、内设细胞钙粘蛋白(VE-Ca)高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。经丹参多酚治疗后,糖尿病模型组大鼠的血清ADMA、VE-Ca浓度下降(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病大鼠有血管内皮功能损伤,丹参多酚对血管内皮功能有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore protective effects of Saiviaoiate on endothelial function in Diabetes Mellitus(DM) rats.Methods:Thirty SD rats were divided as control group(n=10) and DM group (n=20).The control group was feed with normal diet.DM model was established by high-sucrose and high-fat diet with STZ injection.The DM group was given Salvianolate,and the control group was given normal saline.The concentrations of serum ADMA and VE-Ca before and 14 days after the treatment were determined.Results:The concentrations of serum ADMA and VE-Ca in the DM group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment with Salvianolate,the concentrations of ADMA and VE-Ca in the DM group were significantly decreased(P<0.01). Conclusion:DM rats have endothelial injury,and Salvianolate can protect the endothelial function.
