| 摘 要： | 目的 研究健脾颗粒的药效。方法 用健脾颗粒分别按 1.5 0、3.0 0、6 .0 0 g生药 / kg给利血平造模脾虚小鼠灌胃给药 ,观测疗效。结果 增加小鼠的耐缺氧的能力 ;抑制小鼠的肠管运动 ;提高小鼠的免疫力。结论 健脾颗粒具有健脾的功能

| Abstract: | Objective To study the medical effect of Jianpi Granules. Methods Mice with spleen deficiency were fed with Jianpi Granules according to 1.50, 3.00 and 6.00 g /kg by tube feeding, and were observed for the effect.Result The mice's ability to endure anoxic was increased; the intestinal movement of mice was restrained; the mice's immunity was improved.Conclusion Jianpi Granules can activate the function of the spleen. |
