急诊患儿家属对护理工作需求情况调查分析

目的：了解儿科急诊患儿家属在陪护期间对护理工作的相关需求，为提高急诊护理服务质量提供依据。方法：采用自行设计的急诊患儿家属对护理工作需求因素问卷调查表，对936名患儿家属进行问卷调查。结果：在10项需求因素中，急诊患儿家属对护理工作需求因素中前五位有工作效率、护理技能、服务态度、沟通技巧、病情观察等，非常需要率分别为98．30％、96．18％、85．14％、66．67％、65．00％，患儿父母在患儿急诊时的需求程度高，非常需要率达95．20％；后五位有护理效果、健康教育、用药信息指导、治疗环境、心理辅导等，非常需要率分别为62．29％、58．85％、41．76％、35．87％、30．34％。结论：要充分发挥急诊护理工作的优势；重视患儿家属对护理工作需求的主动服务因素；使急珍护理工作成为主动服务模式，以满足患儿家长的需求，从而提高护理工作质量。

Investigation on the Requirement of the Paediatric Patients' Family on Nursing Care in Emergent Department
