糖尿病足患者混合细菌感染的培养及药敏分析

目的：了解糖尿病足混合细菌感染的细菌学特点及其药敏现状。方法：取163例糖尿病足感染患者足部分泌物进行常规细菌培养和药敏试验。结果：163例标本中,混合细菌感染51例,表皮葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌混合感染9例,变形杆菌和大肠埃希菌混合感染7例,铜绿假单胞菌和阴沟肠杆菌混合感染3例,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌混合感染8例,金黄色葡萄球菌和克雷伯菌属混合感染6例,链球菌和表皮葡萄球菌混合感染2例,表皮葡萄球菌和真菌混合感染3例;阴性杆菌对阿米卡星、头孢西丁、亚胺培南敏感,阳性球菌对万古霉素、奎奴普丁敏感。结论：糖尿病足混合细菌感染常见,及时了解混合细菌感染的种类和药敏状况,指导合理使用抗菌药物,可提高糖尿病足感染治愈率。
