| 摘 要： | 目的 建立乳痛丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法.方法 采用Puritex C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(37；63)为流动相,流速:0.6 mL·min-1,检测波长:230 nm,柱温:室温.结果 芍药苷在0.504～30.8 μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8,n=7).平均加样回收率为98.74％(n=9),RSD为1.09％.结论 本法简便、灵敏、结果准确,可用于乳痛丸质量控制中的含量测定.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of peoniflorin in Rutongwan.Methods HPLC conditions were as follows:Puritex C18column,a mobile phase of methanol-0.05mol.L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(37∶63),detection wavelength at 230nm and the flow rate of 0.6mL.min-1.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.504～30.8μg.mL-1.The average recovery rate was 98.74%(n=9),and RSD was 1.09%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate for determination of peoniflorin in Rutongwan. |
