| 摘 要： | 目的研究田基黄主要成分的抗缺氧活性。方法采用PC12细胞缺氧保护作用实验和DPPH法进行抗缺氧活性研究。结果田基黄中部分黄酮类化合物和酚酸类化合物具有较强的抗缺氧活性。结论田基黄中具有抗缺氧活性的化学成分均为分子量较小,酚羟基较多的化合物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the anti-hypoxic components of the Herba Hyperici Japonici(the whole plant of Hypericum japonicum Thunb.).Methods The anti-hypoxia of pc12 cells and DPHH were adopted to study anti-hypoxic activity.Results Flavanones and phenolic acids in Herba Hyperici japonici had strong anti-hypoxic activity.Conclusion The anti-hypoxic components of Herba Hypericijaponici have small molecular weight and more phenolic hydroxyl. |
