黑果枸杞总黄酮降血脂作用

目的探讨黑果枸杞总黄酮的降血脂作用。方法昆明种雄性小鼠72只适应环境1周后,随机分为6组(n=12只/组):正常对照组、高脂模型组、辛伐他汀组,黄酮低、中、高剂量组。除正常对照组外,其他各组饲喂高脂饲料诱发高脂血症,每周的固定时间称量小鼠体质量1次,按体重更换1次剂量。试验第42天取血后解剖小鼠,检测血浆TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C含量,观测肝指数、心指数、肾指数和脾指数的变化情况。结果与正常对照组相比,在高脂饲料饲喂后17d,高脂模型组血浆TC、TG含量极显著升高(P<0.01),说明高脂模型复制成功。黄酮各剂量组与高脂模型组相比,血浆TC、TG和LDL-C的含量显著降低(P<0.05),HDL-C的含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论黑果枸杞总黄酮具有降血脂活性,可以作为预防高脂血症的新药来源。

Hypolipidemic Activity of the Total Flavonoids from Lycium ruthenicum Murr.

Objective To study the hypolipidemic activity of the total flavonoids from Lycium ruthenicum Murr..Methods 72 kunming male mice were randomly divided into six groups(n=12 in each group):normal group,model group,simvastatin group,low-dose flavonoid group,middle-dose flavonoid group and high-dose flavonoid group.Excluding the mice normal control group,the mice were fed with high fat diets.The body weight of mice was measured every week.On the 42th day,the mice were decapitated and the TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and liver,kidneys,heart,spleen indexes were measured.Results After intragastric treatment with flavonoids for 17 days,compared with the normal group,the TC and TG of serum in the model group were increased apparently(P<0.01),which showed hyperlipidemia model was successful.Compared with model group,the TC,TG,LDL-C of serum in the flavonoid groups were deceased significantly(P<0.05)and HDL-C was decreased obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion The total flavonoids of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.has hypolipidemic activity.
