外部性脑积水的MRI诊断及临床应用价值

目的 :进一步探讨外部性脑积水 (EH) MRI特征及临床应用价值。材料与方法 :回顾分析 33例外部性脑积水的 MRI表现。结果 :11例 EH的病因为缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE) ,EH的 MRI特征为大脑半球叶间裂前部增宽 (≥ 6mm ) ,双侧额顶区蛛网膜下腔增宽 (≥ 5 m m) ,可伴外侧裂池、鞍上池、环池增宽 ,侧脑室不扩大。结论 :外部性脑积水有特征性的 MRI表现 ,结合临床诊断不难 ,MRI检查对 EH的临床诊断及指导治疗具有重要价值。

Evaluation of MRI Diagnosis and Clinical Application In External Hydrocephalus

Objective To make a further study of MRI and clinical application in external hydrocephalus(EH).Methods EH findings on MRI (n-33)were retrospectively analyzed.Results EH was caused by hypoxicischemic encephaloputhy(HIE)in llpatients.The characteristic MRI features of EH were as follows:1 Widening of the subarachnoid space in the bifrontoparietal regions 2 Widening of the interhemispheric fissure 3 Widening and enlargenement of the cistem of bilateral fossae,suprasellar cistern and cistern ambiens.Conclusion Combing the MRI features with the clinical findings,a physician is easy to diagnose EH,MRI plays an important role in the diagnosis and management of the aptients with EH.
