| 摘 要： | 王长洪教授，为中国人民解放军国医大师，全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，中国人民解放军中医药学会内科专业委员会主任委员。临床善用经验方，口服中药配合中药保留灌肠，治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎。作者有幸师从王长洪教授学习，对其运用健脾益气、清热解毒、化瘀通络法辨证治疗溃疡性结肠炎的两则医案加以整理，以期反映导师独特的辨证治疗思想和临床用药经验。

| Abstract: | Professor WANG Chang-hong, traditional Chinese medical science masters of the Chinese people＇s liberation army, the old academic experience of inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine experts work guidance teachers, the PLA Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine medical professional committee members. Clinical experience of use of oral Chinese medicine and retention enema with Chinese herbs, treatment of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis. I have the honor to learn from Professor WANG Chang-hong in the division, use, strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi; Clear away heat and detoxify ; Removing extravasted blood passes winds to be dialectical to treat ulcer two curing cases of colitis put in order, in the hope of reflecting tutor＇s unique dialectical therapeutic thought and clinical application experience. |
