视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿治疗现状

视网膜静脉阻塞是一种常见的视网膜血管疾病,黄斑水肿是其常见并发症之一。对于本病的治疗,目前尚无特效治疗方法。中医中药在治疗视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿方面积累了很多经验;西医治疗本病在发病机制、给药途径等有新的发展;中西医结合在消除水肿、提高视力等方面较单纯西医治疗有明显优势。文章就视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿的治疗现状作一综述。

Retinal vein occlusion is a common retinal vascular disease,macular edema is one of the common complications.At present there is no effective treatment for this disease.Traditional Chinese medicine in treating retinal vein occlusion macular edema has accumulated a lot of experience;Western medicine in the treatment of this disease including pathogenesis,and administration route has a new development;integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in eliminating edema,improving eyesight is pure aspects of western medicine therapy has obvious advantages.This paper reviewed vein occlusion macular edema retina at present in the treatment.
