3种根管充填材料在根管治疗中的疗效观察

目的：比较3种根充材料在根管治疗中的临床疗效观察。方法：将180颗患牙随机分为A、B、C 3组：ApexitPlus糊剂配合牙胶尖,Cortisomol糊剂配合牙胶尖,酚醛复合制剂配合牙胶尖充填根管。结果：经过3、6、12个月复查,ApexitPlus糊剂配方和Cortisomol糊剂配方组的总有效率高于酚醛复合制剂配方组。结论：ApexitPlus糊剂和Cortisomol糊剂根管充填后急性疼痛反应发生率低,远期效果亦较好。

An in Vitro Evaluation of the Effect of Three Kinds Sealers in Root Canal Therapy

Objective：The aim of this study is to compare the long-term success of three kinds of root canal sealers in vital teeth.Methods：A hundred and eighty extracted teeth were randomly divided into three groups.All the root canals were prepared with Protaper rotary instruments and filled with threekindsofsealers included：Apexit Plus,Cortisomol,Phenolic aldehyde complex preparation which were individually used for each groups.Results：Post-examination at 3 months,6 months and 12 months.The Apexit？Plus groups and Cortisomol group demonstrated statistically significant lower post-pain rates than Phenolic aldehyde complex preparation group.Conclusion：Under the conditions of this study,Apexit？Plus and Cortisomol can be considered virtually succesful and thanks to this physical property,ideal for use as endodontic sealer.
