四妙止痛汤配合熏洗治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床研究

目的：观察四妙止痛汤配合熏洗治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例给予四妙止痛汤配合熏洗治疗,对照组30例给依托考昔片（安泰信）口服,疗程均为10天。结果：治疗组临床愈显率为96.7%,对照组愈显率为83.3%。两组关节疼痛、肿胀在治疗第5天和第10天后与治疗前比较均有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）;两组治疗后WBC较治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,BUA、ESR均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.01）;治疗组的BUA下降较对照组明显（P〈0.05）。结论：四妙止痛汤配合熏洗治疗急性痛风性关节炎有较好的止痛消肿疗效,并能降低血尿酸。

Siwu Zhitong Soup with Fumigation Treatment of Acute Pain of Gouty Arthritis Clinical Research

Objective：To observe the Siwu Zhitong Soup with fumigation treatment of acute pain of gouty arthritis clinical efficacy.Method：60 patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups.Treatment group,30 patients were given Siwu Zhitong Soup with Fumigation pain treatment,the control group of 30 patients to rely on test celecoxib tablets（ATTEN） oral administration of a course of 10 days.Results：Treatment group,markedly effective rate was 96.7%,markedly effective rate was 83.3% in control group.Two sets of joint pain,swelling in the treatment of 5 days and 10 days compared with before treatment there was a significant difference（P〈0.01）;the two groups after treatment than before treatment WBC reduction（P〈0.05）,BUA,ESR significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.01）;BUA treatment group than in the control group was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Siwu Zhitong Soup with fumigation treatment of acute pain of gouty arthritis pain better swelling effect,and can lower blood uric acid.
