山奈酚-锰配合物的化学合成

摘    要:目的:探讨山奈酚与锰的反应条件并合成山奈酚锰配合物。方法:采用正交实验方法确定配合反应的最佳酸度、原料的物质的量比、温度、反应时间。结果:反应时间对产率的影响显著,原料物质的量比次之,pH影响最小。结论:山奈酚与氯化锰的物质的量比为1.0:2.5,pH为6,25℃下反应3h配合物的产率最大。且经紫外、红外光谱测定推测其结构。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the best conditions of the chemical reaction between kaempferol and manganese and to get kaempferol and manganese complex. Methods : By single factor experiment for foundation, using the orthogonal experiment method to determine the best reaction pH, the molar ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature and reaction time. Results : Reaction time had most significant effect, amount of substance had less effect, pH had lest effect on the yield. Conclusion : Chemical synthesis of kaempferol and manganese has been tested to be at maximum with amount of substance : 1.0 : 2.5, pH 6, temperature at 25 ℃ , reaction time for 3h. The complex has been characterized by spectrum methods.
