定喘汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘临床观察

目的：观察定喘汤加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法：将117例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为两组，即治疗组60例和对照组57例。治疗组以定喘汤加减治疗，对照组以缓释茶碱及酮替芬治疗。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为91．67％、73．68％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：定喘汤加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效较好，临床上可以用于咳嗽变异性哮喘的防治。

For Pediatric Asthma Cough Variant Asthma with Clinical Observation

Objective：Dingchuan decoction cough variant asthma patients. Methods： 117 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into two groups, namely, 60 cases in treatment group and control group 57 patients. The treatment group Dingchuan decoction, sustained-release theophylline and the control group Ketotifen treatment. Result： The treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was 91.67%, 73.68%, the treatment group significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Dingchuan decoction cough variant asthma better, may be used in clinical prevention and treatment of cough variant asthma.
