近十年中医药诊治代谢综合征研究概况

通过近十年中医药诊治代谢综合征的文献整理,可以总结归纳出：中医学认为代谢综合征的病因可概括为过食肥甘,情志失调,运动过少,年龄增长,禀赋薄弱。病机可综合为脾虚失运,痰湿内蕴;气机不畅,瘀血内停;脏腑失调,郁积化热。根据病因病机,采用中医药辨证论治、综合治疗的方法,取得了较为满意的治疗效果。

A Review on 10 Years of Treating Metabolic Syndrome by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Through a comprehensive review of the literatures in the recent decade about treating metabolic syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,it can be concluded：in TCM,it is believed that the etiologies for such a disease should be summarized as over-preference for fat and sweet food,emotional disorder,a lack of exercise,aging and insufficient innate endowment;the pathomechanisms of it shall be summed up as the failure of transportation due to the spleen deficiency with internal accumulation of phlegm-dampness,blood stasis as a result of stagnated qi movement,heat transformation in the consequence of visceral imbalance.Based on these etiologies and pathomechanisms,the methods in TCM of syndrome differentiation and of comprehensive treatment are adopted,as is followed by satisfactory therapeutic effect.
