某高校中年教工脂肪肝与血脂异常等疾病相关性研究

目的：探讨高校中年教职工脂肪肝的发病率及其与血脂、血糖、血尿酸等的关系,为有效防治脂肪肝提供依据。方法：对某高校教工健康体检中年龄在45～59岁的307例体检资料进行分析。结果：脂肪肝总体发病率为27.36%。脂肪肝组患血脂异常、糖尿病、高尿酸血症与非脂肪肝组比较有统计学意义。结论：脂肪肝是高校中年教师的常见病,脂肪肝与血脂、血糖、血尿酸的代谢紊乱相关,并与血脂异常、糖尿病、高尿酸血症等疾病合并存在,互相影响。

A Case Study of the Correlation Between Fatty Liver and Diseases Like Dyslipidemia Amongst Tertiary Faculty

Objective：To explore the relation between the incidence of fatty liver and other health indicators like blood-fat,blood sugar and BUA amongst tertiary faculty and staff,in order to provide empirical evidence for an effective prevention and treatment of fatty liver.Method：307 cases of middle-aged tertiary faculty members（age ranging from 45～59）were analyzed on the basis of the physical examination data from a university.Results：The overall incidence of fatty liver was 27.36%,and the incidences of other diseases like dyslipidemia,DM and hyperuricemia in the fatty-liver group were found to be statistically distinct from those of the non-fatty-liver group.Conclusion：Fatty liver is a disease commonly found amongst middle-aged tertiary faculty,which is correlated with the metabolic disorder of blood-fat,blood sugar and BUA.Fatty liver occurs in combination with related diseases such as dyslipidemia,DM and hyperuricemia and mutual influence among the diseases concerned has been found to exist.
