论玉屏风散对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的:通过检测玉屏风散对实验性免疫低下小鼠的体液免疫、淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、ADCC活性的测定的影响,探讨玉屏风散对免疫功能的调节作用。方法:选取昆明种小鼠30只,随机分成3组,每组10只。玉屏风散组:以玉屏风水煎液灌胃(25g.kg-1.d-1);正常对照组及氢化考的松模型组:以等量生理盐水灌胃,均连续给药10天。玉屏风散组及模型组于给药后4天,用氢化考的松(20mg.kg-1.d-1)肌肉注射,连续7天,各组均于第11天时观察各项指标。结果:玉屏风散能显著增加正常小鼠和注射氢化考的松引起的免疫低下小鼠的体液免疫、淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞吞噬功能以及抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒作用(ADCC)的活性,与正常对照组相比,P〈0.05;与HC模型组相比,P〈0.05。结论:玉屏风散对小鼠的免疫功能有明显的促进作用。

Abstract:Objective:To detect Yupingfeng Powder on experimental immunocompromised mice,humoral immunity,lymphocyte transformation rate,macrophage functions,ADCC activity assay the effects of Yupingfeng Powder on immune function in vitro.Methods:30 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups of 10 each.Yupingfeng Powder group:Yupingfeng Powder orally(25g·kg-1·d-1);normal control group and hydrocortisone model group:normal saline gavage,were continuously administered 10d.Yupingfeng Powder group and model group after the administration 4d,with hydrocortisone(20mg·kg-1·d-1)intramuscular injection,continuous 7d,11d in each group were first observed in the indicators.Results:Yupingfeng Powder can significantly increase the normal mice and injection of hydrocortisone-induced immunosuppression of humoral immunity in mice,lymphocyte transformation rate,macrophage phagocytosis,and anti-body-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity(ADCC)activity,compared with the control group,P0.05;compared with the HC model,P0.05.Conclusion:Yupingfeng Powder on immune function have significant role in promoting.
