| 摘 要： | 目的：评价滋阴活血利咽口服液治疗慢性咽炎的疗效和安全性。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组40例，分别采用滋阴活血利咽口服液和健民咽喉片治疗，疗程均为1个月。结果：治疗组总有效率87．50％明显高于对照组总有效率77．50％（P〈0．05）。临床观察中未发现该制剂明显毒副作用和不良反应。结论：滋阴活血利咽口服液治疗慢性咽炎安全有效．值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To assess the efficacy and safety of Ziyin Huoxue Liyan Koufuye Ye in treament of chronic pharyngitis. Methods ： One hundred and twenty cases of chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into treatment group （ 80cases ） and control group （ 40 cases ）, the treatment group adopted Ziyin Huoxue Liyan Koufuye, while control group used Jianmin Yanhou tablets.The therapeutic course for two groups was a month. Results ： The effective rate of treatment group is 87.5%, which is higher than that of control group （ 77.5% ）, P〈0.05. No adverse effect was found in the clinical observation. Conclusion ： Efficacy and safety of Ziyin Huoxue Liyan Koufuye in treament of chronic pharyngitis. |
