| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、体质检测法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对辽宁中医药大学学生的健康状况进行调查研究,得出如下结论：躯体呈现肥胖和瘦弱两极化;生理机能和运动能力呈下降趋势;生活方式不合理、不科学;存在不同程度的心理疾患。

| Abstract: | The use of literature,questionnaire,physical testing,expert interviews,and mathematical statistics,investigate the health status of the students of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine study the following conclusions：obesity and thin body showed polarization;physiological Function and decreased exercise capacity;lifestyle unreasonable and unscientific;there are different degrees of mental disorders. |
