针刺配合中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

溃疡性结肠炎,亦称为慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎。该病以结肠黏膜的溃疡性病变为主,多发于直肠或远端结肠,严重者可累及全结肠。其临床特点为腹泻、腹痛、黏液脓血便反复发作,病程缓慢。作者在临床中运用中医理论对该病进行辨证分析,采用针刺疗法配合中药保留灌肠进行治疗,效果较好,具有疗程短,无副作用,减少复发等诸多优点。

Clinical Observation by Acupuncture Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis with Enema

Ulcerative colitis,also known as chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis.Ulcerative colitis in colonic mucosa of ulcerative lesions based,mainly in the rectum or distal colon,severe cases can affect the entire colon.The clinical features are diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucus and sepsis will be recurrent and the course of the disease is slow.I use traditional Chinese medicine theory in the clinical analysis of the disease with acupuncture treatment with enema.Advantage of a good clinical effect,with a short course of treatment,no side effects and reduce recurrence.
