| 摘 要： | Graves病甲状腺功能亢进（GD甲亢）是临床上常见的有遗传倾向的自身免疫性疾病,可累及多个系统。甲亢时可见到肌力低下和肌肉萎缩,一般西医都单纯以抗甲状腺毒素的药物（如他巴唑）进行治疗。而部分病情特殊的患者症状改善不是很明显。这就需要配合口服中药汤剂进行有针对性的治疗。

| Abstract: | Graves disease（GD hyperthyroidism）is a common genetic predisposition and autoimmune disease,multiple systems can be involved.It can be seen in one patient with the lower muscle strength and muscle atrophy.Generally,western use the anti-thyroidtoxin drugs（such as methimazole）in treatment.But it is no obvious effect to some patients.It is necessary to combine traditional Chinese medicine in their treatment. |
