摘    要:目的:测定中药莱菔子中芥子碱的含量。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法,电泳条件为石英毛细管柱(75μm×90cm,实际长度81cm),运行缓冲液为0.02mol/L Na2HPO4:0.02mol/L NaH2PO4=1:1(25℃时pH=6.89),分离电压为25kV,压力进样30mbar×8s,温度为25℃,检测波长为326nm。结果:芥子碱在0.2~1.0mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.50%,RSD为1.21%。结论:高效毛细管电泳法可用于测定莱菔子中芥子碱的含量。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the content of Sinapine in Semen Raphani.Methods:Apply the methods of HPCE,and the best condition was using the quartz capillary tube(75μm×90cm,practical length is 81cm),0.02mol/L Na2HPO4:0.02mol/L NaH2PO4=1:1(pH=6.89 at 25℃)buffer,pressure injection 30mbar× 8s,at a constant voltage of 25kV and temperature at 25℃.It was detected on 238nm.Results:Sinapine had a good linearity within 0.2~1.0mg·mL^-1(r=0.9995),and the average recovery were 99.50% with RSD 1.21%.Conclusion:This method is feasible for determination of Sinapine in Semen Raphani.
