中医针灸临床技能实训教学优化与实践

为全面提高学生的针灸临床技能及思维创新能力，以《运动损伤病证临床诊疗学》课程为桥梁，整合并优化各种针灸治痛技能，借助精英式培训带动一般培训的激励机制，通过对学生针灸技能阶梯式培训，观察学生培训前后针刺效果和实践考核成绩。经统计学处理，实验组的得气感出现人数和总成绩平均分均高于对照组，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。学生问卷调查显示针灸临床实践教学收到了较好的教学效果，为针灸技能培训教学尝试了一种新的培养模式。

Teaching Optimization and Practical Training on Clinical Skills of Chinese Medicine Acupuncture

In order to increase students＇ acupuncture clinical skills and innovative ability, the author choose the class ＂Diagnosis and Treatment Study for Disease and Syndrome on Sports Injury＂ as the bridge course, as well as integrated and optimized various acupuncture pain therapy skill. The author was wanted to evaluate students＇ acupuncture effect and practical examination score before and after the stepped training through this research. The Students＇ Questionnaire Survey shows that the practical training has enhanced their professional skills. The acupuncture clinical practical teaching achieves the desired result, and provides a new training mode for teachers＇ teaching.
