试论三焦气化与皮肤衰老的关系

目前人们研究皮肤衰老多半从调整脏腑功能即肺脾肾三脏入手,但关于气与皮肤衰老的关系却少见报道。机体的各种生理活动,实质都是气的升降出入活动的具体体现。一旦升降出入失去协调平衡,就会出现各种病理变化,最终导致皮肤的衰老。三焦能主持诸气、总司全身气机和气化,是气的升降出入的通道,也是气化的场所。它作为气化之总司,总领五脏六腑的功能活动。因此三焦实际可全面反映脏腑、经络的总体功能,为五脏六腑、表里内外联系的纽带,对各脏腑功能的协调平衡起着至关重要的作用。我们应注重疏调三焦气机、调和气血,从根本上维持五脏功能正常以延缓皮肤衰老。

Theoretical Research on the Relationship of San Jiao Qi Transformation and the Skin Aging

Most current studies on skin aging were mainly focused on regulation of function of lung,spleen and kidney,however rare has been reported on qi.The physiological activity of the body is actually reflecting the upward,downward,inward and outward movements of qi,of which the imbalance would lead to pathological changes and aging the skin.San Jiao（triple energizer）dominates the qi movement and qi transformation of the body,it serves as the channel for the qi movement and the place where qi transformation takes place.It can actually reflect the overall functions of the Zang-fu organs and meridians and channels,as it controls the qi movement and the function of the five Zang and six Fu organs.It connects the five Zang and six Fu organs,communcates the interior and exterior of the body,therefore is crucial for balancing the functions of Zang-fu organs.In order to slow the skin aging,we should ensure normal function of the five Zang organs via focusing smoothing the qi movement of San Jiao and harmonizing the qi and the blood.
