情志护理理论在类风湿关节炎护理中的作用

目的：探讨中医护理学中情志护理理论在类风湿关节炎（简称RA）患者护理中的应用。方法：将传统中医养生理论中豁达乐观、平和七情及病后调护等养生理念，运用于RA护理。在RA发生、发展过程中，加强情志护理并进行探索及调查，以了解中医情志护理理念在KA护理中的影响。结果：应用中医护理学中情志护理理论。对于更新护士护理理念、提高护理质量和治疗效果，预防并发症的发生，促进患者康复起到很大的作用。结论：正确应用情志护理，可以促进KA的康复，可以达到药物难以发挥的效果。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medical Psychological Nursing on Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective： This study was conducted to investigate the clinical evidence on effectiveness of traditional Chinese medical psychological nursing on patients with rheumatoid arthritis （ RA ） .Methods ： Traditional Chinese medical psychological nursing theory Including optimism, placidness, Qiqing Theory etc. was used in patients with RA. Effect of psychological nursing theory on RA patient care was observed. Results ： Traditional Chinese medical psychological nursing theory play a significant role in updating Nursing philosophy, improving the quality of patient care and patient outcomes, preventing of complications, and promoting the recovery of the patients. Conclusion ： Effective application of psychological nursing can play additional effect to promoting the rehabilitation of the patients with RA, which drug cann＇t play.
