带状疱疹外周血T淋巴亚群及菩炎平联合泛昔洛韦治疗I临床观察

目的：探讨细胞免疫在带状疱疹发病中的作用及喜炎平联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：应用流式细胞仪技术,通过微量血直接免疫荧光法测定带状疱疹患者治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,并观察喜炎平联合泛昔洛韦治疗效果。结果：129例带状疱疹患者治疗前CD3、CD4明显下降（P〈0.05）,CD8有升高趋势,CD4/CD8比值有所下降。65例喜炎平联合泛昔洛韦治疗组CD3、CD4较治疗前有明显提高,利巴韦林治疗组CD3、CD4较治疗前虽有所提高,但无显著差异。喜炎平联合泛昔洛韦治疗组有效率明显优于利巴韦林治疗组,有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：带状疱疹患者细胞免疫功能下降,喜炎平联合泛昔洛韦能够调节T淋巴细胞亚群功能,且治疗带状疱疹疗效良好。

Research on Peripheral T-lymphocyte Subsets and Effect of Xiyanping Combined with Famciclovir in Patients with Herpes Zoster

Objective：To study the role of cellular immunity in pathogenesis of herpes zoster（HZ） and the effect of Xiyanping combined with Famciclovir therapy.Methods：T-lymphocyte subsets were measured by flow cytometry（FCM）.The patients were treated with Xiyanping combined with Famciclovir.Results：In 129 HZ patients of the two treatment groups,significantly decreased CD3,CD4 were found as compared with that in normal controls.But,CD8,and CD4/CD8 of HZ patients were not significantly different from that of the normal controls.After Xiyanping combined with Famciclovir therapy,CD3 and CD4 in 65 HZ patients were significantly higher than that before.However,the T-lymphocyte subsets levels in ribavirin therapy group were not significantly changed.The effective rate of Xiyanping combined with Famciclovir treatment group was better than ribavirin treatment group.Conclusion：T-lymphocytes immunocompromised in HZ patients and Xiyanping combined with Famciclovir for HZ patients could achieve better outcomes.
