摘    要:目的:探索一种经济、适用、高效的丹酚酸B的醇提工艺。方法:对醇提取过程中涉及到的药材粉碎度、浸泡时间、乙醇浓度、提取温度4个影响因素采用正交实验设计进行分析,确定各因素的影响程度和最佳水平。结果:丹酚酸B的最佳醇提条件为:将药材切成厚片,投料,不经浸泡,用30%乙醇于90℃回流提取效果最佳。结论:该方法提取效率高,重现性好。

Abstract:Objective : Explore a economic and appropriate and effective of alcohol extraction process for salvianolic acid B. Method: Alcohol extraction process involves the smash degrees, time of soakage, alcohol concentration, extract temperature four factors of orthogonal experimental design is analyzed, and determines various factors that influence the degree and best level. Results : The best conditions of salvianolic acid B extraction is to crush medicinal materials into thick slices without soaking and to put 30% ethanol in reflux with 90℃ . Conclusion :This method is efficient with a good reproducibility.
