疏肝健脾法干预糖耐量低减临床研究

目的：观察疏肝健脾法干预糖耐量低减（IGT）的临床疗效。方目的：观察疏肝健脾法干预糖耐量低减（IGT）的临床疗效。方法：40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察组在基础治疗的基础上给予自拟调平汤治疗,对照组在基础治疗的基础上给予阿卡波糖治疗。观察治疗3个月后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂变化。结果：治疗3个月后治疗组有效率78.9%,对照组有效率57.9%,两组治疗后血糖、血脂皆有改善,差异无显著性。结论：疏肝健脾法干预IGT有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Research on Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi and Strengthening Spleen Interfere Impaired Glucose Tolerance

Objective：To observe therapeutic effect Interfere IGT by Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi and Strengthening Spleen.Methods：40 patients with IGT were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were treated by diet and sport control.The test group were treated by Tiaoping Tang,and control group were treated by Acarbose.The treatment course was 3 months.The changes of fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c,triglyceride and total cholesterol were determined.Results：After the treatment of 3 months,the efficacy rates in test group was 78.9%,and the control group was 57.9%.The difference among groups was significant.The blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol were improved in both groups,but the difference among groups was not significant,in the treatment couse,no bad reaction happened.Conclusions：The Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi and Strengthening Spleen intervention IGT has better clinical efficacy.
