光谱成像技术快速鉴别五加皮及其混淆品香加皮

摘    要:目的:运用光谱成像技术快速鉴别中药五加皮与混淆品香加皮,为其质量控制和品质鉴别提供新的方法。方法:应用电可控液晶滤光光谱成像装置,测定不同市售来源的香加皮饮片5种,五加皮饮片2种。光谱最高分辨率5nm,光谱范围4001--680nm,空间分辨率4000×4000。从成像光谱立方体中提取特征光谱,构建其指纹图谱,并用类平均距离法等方法进行聚类分析。结果:五加皮和香加皮的光谱成像指纹图谱相似度分析与其中药鉴定学结果相吻合。结论:光谱成像技术可用于中药真伪鉴别和质量评价,其操作方法简便、快捷、无损。

Abstract:Objective : The spectral imaging method was used to quickly identify traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) cortex aeanthopanaeis and cortex periploeae, which was a new method and would be applied to quality control and identify of TCM. Methods : The samples came from different drug stores were tested by the liquid crystal tunable filter apparatus ( LCTFs ), including two kinds of cortex aeanthopanacis and five kinds of cortex periplocae.The spectral resolution was 5nm, the spectral range was from 400-680nm, and the spatial resolution was 4000 x 4000.Construct their fingerprint with average distance cluster analysis. Results : The identification results by the special imaging method accorded well with the results by the TCM identify means. Conclusion : The spectral imaging method can be used to construct the fingerprint and evaluate the quality of TCM. The testing course is convenient, quick and nondestructive.
