| 摘 要： | 目的：倍生颗粒对血透患者微炎症状态影响。方法：选取慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者80例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组40例,观察治疗前后患者一般症状、体征的变化,测定治疗前后即透前观察患者治疗前及治疗结束后均检测前白蛋白（Pre-Alb）、白蛋白（Alb）、转铁蛋白（SF）的浓度、血白细胞介素6（IL-6）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、体重指数（BMl）。结果：治疗组血清白蛋白、前白蛋白及转铁蛋白、血白细胞介素6、超敏C反应蛋白、体重指数与治疗后及对照组相比均有显著改善P〈0.05,治疗组SGA评分与治疗前及对照组相比有明显改善（P〈0.01）。结论：倍生颗粒可改善血透患者的微炎症状态。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effects of beisheng granula on microinflammation status in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods：The 80 patients were divided into beisheng granula group（n=40）and control group（n=40）randomly.The score of Subjective global assessment（SAG）of nutrition and BMI were measured before and after treatment.The serum level of albumin,pre-albumin,transferring,IL-6 and hs-CRP were also determined.Results：In beisheng granula group,the level of albumin,pre-albumin and transferring and the score of SGA and BMI were increased,while the level of IL-6 and hs-CRP were decreased significantly compared with before treated and the control group.Conclusion：Beisheng granules can improve microinflammation status in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure. |
