| 摘 要： | 《诸病源候论》关于＂腰痛＂的论述极为全面,集中在腰背痛诸候（卷五）十论当中。其内容是继《内经》理论,而又对《内经》理论有所发挥。而诸篇中关于＂腰痛＂的记载,与现代医学中的骨质疏松症在临床表现、病因病机方面极为相似。因此,在临床上,对于骨质疏松症患者以其定义、分类及病变的不同发展阶段根据＂腰痛＂来进行辨证论治有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Further from the source on the＂Pain＂discuss very comprehensive,focused on low back pain were（volume five）ten of them.Its content is the＂classic＂theory,and on the＂classic＂theory of play.While various articles about＂pain＂records and modern medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis in clinical manifestation,etiology and pathogenesis is very similar.Therefore,in clinic,for patients with osteoporosis by its definition,classification and lesions of different stages of development based on＂back＂to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation is of guiding significance. |
