针刺配合隔附子饼灸治疗老年性尿失禁临床观察

目的：观察针刺配合隔附子饼灸治疗老年性尿失禁的疗效。方法：将86例老年性尿失禁患者随机分为治疗组43例、对照组43例。对照组采用针刺治疗,治疗组采用针刺＋隔附子饼灸治疗,比较两组疗效。结果：3个疗程后,两组痊愈率、总有效率经检验,差异具有显著意义（分别P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗前后尿失禁量差值比较,有统计意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组对改善患者尿失禁量的效果优于对照组。结论：针刺配合隔附子饼灸治疗老年性尿失禁效果显著,无副作用,值得推广。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture with Aconite Cake- Separated Moxibustion on Treating Senile Incontinence

Objective：To observe the curative effect of acupuncture with aconite cake-separated moxibustion on treating senile incontinence.Methods：86 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,each group of 43 cases.The treatment group using acupuncture,and the control group using acupuncture＋ aconite cake-separated moxibustion,compare the curative effect.Results：Three courses of treatment,two groups,the recovery rate,the total effective rate are significant differences？（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;Two groups of patients with urinary incontinence volume are significant differences before and after the treatment（P〈0.05）,the treatment group of patients with urinary incontinence is better than control group.Conclusion：Acupuncture with aconite cake-separated moxibustion on treating senile incontinence remarkably,no side effects,is worthy to be popularized.
