丹参注射液治疗急性胰腺炎临床观察

目的：探讨丹参注射液在治疗急性胰腺炎过程中的疗效观察。方法：对2008年3月—2010年6月收入院的69例急性胰腺炎（acute pancreatitis,AP）随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹参注射液静脉滴注。结果：治疗组的症状、体征消失时间,血淀粉酶,白细胞等实验检查恢复及平均住院天数明显低于观察组,总有效率也较观察组高。结论：丹参注射液在急性胰腺炎早期治疗疗效显著,能明显改善向重症胰腺炎的发展。

Clinical Observation on Acute Pancreatitis Treatment with Salvia Injection

Objective：To discuss the effectiveness of acute pancreatitis treatment with salvia injection.Methods：Patiences of acute pancreatitis coming to the hospital between March 2008 to June 2010 were randomly divided into control group and contrast group.Both of the two groups were treated with conventional western medicine,with the exception that intravenous drip instillation of salvia injection being added to the control group.Results：The symptoms and signs of pancreatitis in the control group disappeared in a much shorter period of time.The recovery of serum amylase and WBC,and the hospital stay of patients in the control group were significantly lower than that of the average contrast group,which showed more effectiveness.Conclusion：Salvia injection in early treatment of acute pancreatitis are highly effective,which prevents the development of severe pancreatitis.
