护理警示标识在临床静脉采血中的应用

目的：观察护理警示标识在临床静脉采血中的应用效果。方法：需要静脉采血的患者160例，按1：1比例随机分成试验组和对照组，对照组口头交代提醒抽血及注意事项，试验组采用口头交代，并使用护理警示标识提醒，观察记录两组患者成功采血和未采血的情况，并进行对比分析。结果：试验组和对照组成功采血的人数分别为78、56人，未成功采血人数分别为2、24人，试验组患者的采血成功率优于对照组（P〈0．05），而未成功采血发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：护理警示标识可以提高临床静脉采血的成功率，值得临床推广使用。

Application of Nursing Warning Signs in Venous Blood Collection

Objective ： To observe the effect of nursing warning signs in venous blood collection. Methods ： 160 patients needed venous blood collection in our department were divided randomly into control group and research group （ 80 cases in every group ） .The patients in control group were orally reminded of venous blood collection and notice, and the ones in research group reminded by the method above and nursing warning signs.The successful rate of vein blood collection of the patients in two groups were compared. Results ： There were 78 patients who were collected vein blood successfully in test group and 56 cases in control group. There was significant difference in two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Nursing warning signs can improve the successful rate of venous blood collection and should be used widely in clinic.
