| 摘 要： | 目的：观察在支气管哮喘缓解期采取针刺干预治疗对支气管哮喘控制的效果。方法：将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组28例,给予个性化中西医药物治疗,治疗组32例,在个性化治疗的基础上加针刺治疗6个月,随访12个月。两组进行急性发作次数、急性发作时病情严重程度、1年内感冒次数、肺功能变化的比较。结果：治疗组多项观察指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在支气管缓解期给予针刺干预治疗,对支气管哮喘防治疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture intervention on controlling bronchial asthma in remission stage.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The 28 patients in the control group have received individualized TCM and western drug treatment.The 32 patients in the treatment group have received personalized therapy plus 6-month-acupuncture treatment as well as a followed-up for 12 months.A comparative study on the frequency of acute episodes,the severity of acute attack,the numbers of cold-catching within one year,and changes in heart-lung functions.Results：A statistical significance shows in the comparison of observation indicators between the treatment group and control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture intervention treatment for bronchial asthma in the remission stage has been proved a curative effect on controlling bronchial asthma. |
