平积汤方对子宫肌瘤患者宫内膜中雌孕激素受体（ER、PR）表达的影响

目的：观察平积汤对子宫肌瘤患者宫内膜中雌孕激素受体（ER、PR）表达的影响。方法：平积汤方治疗子宫肌瘤3个月,对照组服用大黄蛰虫丸。分别于治疗前后经行期抽取子宫内膜,采用SP免疫组化染色法以分级定量标准,测定子宫内膜中ER、PR含量的变化。结果：治疗后两组子宫内膜中ER、PR水平均有降低,提示：两组治疗后比较统计学差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：平积汤方可通过抑制ER、PR表达来控制肌瘤生长。

Influence of Pingji Tang Formula to the Expression of Estrogen Receptor and Progesterone Receptor in the Endometrium of the Patient with Uterine Leiomyoma

Objective：To observe The influence of Pingji Tang formula to the expression of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor（ER,PR）in the endometrium of the patient of Uterine Leiomyoma.Methods：20 patients with Uterine Leiomyoma were treated by Pingji Tang formula,and 20 patients were treated by Dahuang Zhechong Wan.Abstract some endometrium from the patients before and after the course,then assay the content of ER and PR in the endometrium by SP immunohistochemical staining.Results：The content of ER and PR in the endometrium of patients both of the two groups have reduced after the treatment,and The experimental group reduced more than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The Pingji Tang formula can control the growth of Uterine Leiomyoma by reduce the conten of ER and PR.
