| 摘 要： | 目的：观察益气活血化痰中药复方的临床疗效。方法：将89例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者随机分为两组，对照组44例予西医常规治疗，治疗组45例在此基础上加用益气活血化痰复方中药。两组均以15天为1疗程。结果：治疗组临床疗效及血液流变学指标改善优于对照组，（P〈0．05）。结论：益气活血化痰法能降低全血黏度，明显改善临床症状，提高临床疗效，是治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe Yiqi Huoxue phlegm clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine. Methods ： The 89 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,d4 patients with routine western medicine in the control group, and 45 patients in the treatment group based on the use of compound Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue phlegm. The two groups are 15 days for I course of treatment. Results ： The clinical efficacy and improved blood theology of the treatment group are better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Huoxue phlegm method can reduce the whole blood viscosity ; improve the clinical symptoms and clinical outcomes. It is an effective method to treat chronic pulmonary heart disease. |
