前臂双夹板与柯氏夹板固定治疗Colles骨折的比较

目的：评价前臂双夹板治疗Colles骨折的临床疗效。方法：选择2005年1月—2010年3月在广西骨伤医院就诊的142例Colles骨折骨折患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组71例。对照组骨折整复后应用Colles骨折小夹板固定,治疗组整复后应用前臂双夹板固定。在就诊1周后观察夹板外固定疗效,观察周期结束后按照中医病证诊断疗效标准对骨折复位标准对腕关节功能进行评价。结果：治疗1周后治疗组骨折再移位、肢体肿胀、腕关节外形评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：前臂双夹板治疗Colles骨折早期对骨折再移位的预防明显好于传统柯氏夹板,并且可以有效地预防腕部皮肤的压疮、缓解患肢肿胀、缓解患肢夹板不适引起疼痛。

Forearm Double Splint and Best Colles Fractures Fixed Splinting Treatment Compared

Objective：To evaluate the forearm splint Colles fracture patients.Methods：2005—2010 hospital in Guangxi bone fractures in 142 patients with Colles fractures were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,71 patients in each group.The control group after the application of the entire complex fracture Colles fracture splintage in the treatment group after the application of the entire complex forearm splint.Observed at 1 week after treatment splints effect,after the observation period according to TCM Syndrome Diagnostic criteria for fracture reduction efficacy of the standard evaluation of wrist function.Results：The treatment of fractures of the treatment group after 1 week and then shift,limb swelling,wrist joint appearance score higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of Colles fracture splint forearm fractures early on to prevent further displacement is better than traditional Coriolis splint,wrist and can be effective in preventing pressure sores of the skin to ease the limb swelling,relieve discomfort caused by limb splint pain.
