| 摘 要： | 血痹的发病关键是阳气痹阻，治疗强调补气通阳为先，养血活血贯穿始终。针对“久病必虚”、“久病必瘀”的特点，还应适当配伍逐瘀通络之品。用药的同时要注重生活调护，改善患者生活质量，提高治疗效果。

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of rthralgia of blood origin is yang qi obstruction syndrome, Treatment should emphasize benefiting qi and warming meridians, nourishing and activating blood circulation throughout. because ＂chronic illness will be deficiency＂, ＂chronic illness must stasis＂, so should compatibilite drugs of expelling stasis and frees meridians. Medication at the same time emphasize the importance of nursing to improve the quality of life of patients, while increasing the therapeutic effect. |
