中药干预对乳腺癌术后化疗急性毒副反应观察与护理

摘    要:目的:观察中药干预对乳腺癌术后化疗急性毒副反应观察与护理。方法:将60例乳腺癌术后化疗病人随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组予化疗治疗,观察组予化疗治疗的基础上加服中药,观察两组毒副反应发生情况。结果:观察组口咽黏膜、消化系统、血液系统毒副反应明显轻于对照组(P〈O.05);且因化疗毒副反应中断治疗人数也明显少于对照组。结论:中药干预乳腺癌术后化疗治疗,可减轻其毒副反应发生情况,改善病人生活质量。

Abstract:Objective: Observation on intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on acute side effect observation and nursing care of postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods : 60 cases of postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer patients randomly divided into Observer Group and control group, control group to the chemotherapy, observer group to the chemotherapy treatment by taking on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine, observation of two sets of occurrence of side effects. Results : Group in oropharyngeal Mucosa, digestive system, blood system side effects significantly lighter than the control group ( P〈0.05 ); number chemotherapies discontinuing treatment for all and also significantly less than the control group. Conclusion : Intervention of traditional Chinese medicine chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery can help reduce the occurrence of side effects, and improve patient quality of life.
