中药灌肠配合电针对AECOPD无创通气腹内高压患者疗效观察

目的：探讨大承气汤保留灌肠配合电针双足三里在AECOPD无创通气腹内高压患者降低腹内压及改善呼吸功能的疗效。方法：对60例患者按1：1随机分配实验组与常规对照组,实验组采用大承气汤保留灌肠配合电针双足三里,对照组则采用常规护理方法,比较两组患者在腹内压、无创通气时间、无创通气并发症、血气分析结果等情况的异同。结果：实验组采用大承气汤保留灌肠配合电针双足三里,在血气分析血氧分压和PaCO2、降低腹内高压、缩短AECOPD患者无创通气时间等方面均优于常规对照组,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：大承气汤保留灌肠配合电针双足三里是降低AECOPD无创通气患者腹内压及改善呼吸功能行之有效的方法。

Curative Effect Observation of TCM Enema Combined with Electroacupuncture on AECOPD Patients with Noninvasive Ventilation and Intra-abdominal Hypertension

Objective：Study of retention enema with potent purgative decoction combined with electroacupuncture at Zusanli（st 36）Reducing intra-abdominal pressure and improving the effect of respiratory function on AECOPD patients with noninvasive ventilation.Methods：Randomly assigned 60 cases of patients experimental group and normal control group according to 1：1.Patients in experimental group received potent purgative decoction retention enema combined with electroacupuncture at double Zusanli（st 36）.Patients in control group received routine nursing method.Our Methods is to Comparing the differences of two groups patients in intra-abdominal pressure,noninvasive ventilation time,noninvasive ventilation complications,blood gas analysis results.Results：the experimental group are better than control group on blood gas analysis of double,partial pressure of oxygen and PaCO2,reduceing intra-abdominal hypertension,shortening noninvasive ventilation time and other aspects,there were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Potent purgative decoction retention enema combined with electroacupuncture at Zusanli（st 36）is a effective method in lower intra-abdominal pressure and improving respiratory function of AECOPD patients with noninvasive ventilation.
