| 摘 要： | 《内经》,《金匮要略》中阐述胸痹心痛之病机,皆与脾胃关系密切。杨师继承《内经》、《金匮要略》中胸痹心痛从脾胃论治的学术思想,师古而不泥古,通过自己多年的临床实践和科研验证,得出胸痹心痛的基本病机是以脾虚为主为始,痰瘀互阻,壅遏脉道,表现为本虚标实之证。提出胸痹心痛应从脾胃论治,针对气虚痰瘀的病机创立了益气化痰、活血通络之法,临床疗效颇著。

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of chest pain that are described in Yellow Emperor’s Internal Canon of Medicine and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber are all closely related to the spleen and stomach.YANG Master inherited the academic thinking that the treatment of chest pain is based on the spleen and stomach in Yellow Emperor’s Internal Canon of Medicine and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.From the division of ancient and not learn it,through many years of clinical practice and scientific verification,YANG Master came to the basic pathogenesis of chest pain that deficiency of the spleen was the main factor,phlegm and blood stasis blocked the pulse Road.YANG Master put forward that chest pain should be treated based on the stomach and spleen.For the pathogenesis of Qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,YANG Master promoted the method of reinforcing Qi to remove phlegm,promoting blood circulation to through meridian,that play a big role in the clinical efficacy. |
