关节镜下缝线固定技术治疗后交叉韧带胫骨撕脱骨折

研究膝关节镜下应用缝线固定技术治疗后交叉韧带撕脱骨折的方法及临床疗效。方法：本组选择后交叉韧带损伤合并胫骨撕脱骨折的Meyers分型1]Ⅱ型病患。均采取膝关节镜下缝线固定技术固定后交叉韧带撕脱骨折。结果：本组患者20例,男12例,女8例,平均年龄35岁。影像学检查骨折块横径均〈10mm。有18例获得随访,依据国际膝关节文件编制委员会（IKDC）综合评定,入院时平均为D级,术后均为B级。结论：关节镜下缝线固定技术治疗后交叉韧带损伤合并胫骨撕脱骨折MeyersⅡ型,疗效确实,切口小,值得临床推广。

Suture Fixation Technique Treatment of Posterior Cruciate Ligament Avulsion Fracture of the Tibia Under Arthroscopy

Objective：To study the application of suture fixation treatment of posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture under arthroscopy of methods and clinical efficacy.Methods：We choose the patients with the posterior cruciate ligament injury and tibial avulsion fracture of the Meyers type1]Ⅱ-type.We all adopt the treatment of suture fixation technique to treat posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture of the tibia under the monitoring of arthroscopy.Results：The group included 20 patients,male 12,female 8 cases,mean age was 35 years.Medical Imaging shows that transverse of fracture fragments were 10mm.18 patients were followed up,according to International Knee Documentation Committee（IKDC）comprehensive assessment,the average D grade on admission,after operation was B grade.Conclusion：Suture fixation of posterior cruciate ligament injury and the treatment of tibial avulsion fracture Meyers Ⅱ type,efficacy indeed,small incision,is worthy of promotion.
