海洋放线菌P19—19化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:对海洋放线菌P19-19的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶以及HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和光谱数据确定其结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为环苯丙-酪氨酸二肽(1)、对羟基苯乙醇(2)、丁二酸(3)、2H-1,3-Thiazine-2,4(3H)-dione(4)、尿嘧啶(5)、对羟基苯乙酸甲酯(6)、2-甲氧基-4’-羟基苯丙酸(7)。

Abstract:Objective:To study chemical constituents from the marine actinomycetes P19-19.Methods:The compounds from the ethyl acetate extracts were isolated by silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 column and HPLC,and their structures were identified by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and comparison of chemical and physical data with authentic samples reported in literatures.Results:Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 2,5-piperazinedione,3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)methyl-6-(phenylmethyl)](1),Benzeneethanol,4-hydroxy(2),succinic acid(3),2H-1,3-Thiazine-2,4(3H)-dione(4),uracil(5),Ethylidene,1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-methoxy-2-oxo(6),3-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)-2-methoxypropanoic acid(7).
